I don’t know how to pose. What to do?
It’s perfectly normal that you don’t know where to put your hands when a camera is pointed at you. 💥
No one knows. (except pro models and ticktockers)
There are a few basic pieces that will help you get normal photos in most cases:
🚩Exhale. We all get scared and freeze in an unusual environment. Fear shackles. But there is no reason for it.
🚩Think about who will be watching these photos. Understand that the photographer is only an intermediary who wants you to be seen beautiful.
🚩 Feel beautiful. The most difficult point, but the most important. Try to stop thinking about your appearance and other people’s thoughts. Concentrate on yourself. On what makes you attractive/beautiful inside/bright.
The fulfillment of even the first point will liberate enough not to be clamped on all the photos. 🧨
⚡️ I also strongly advise you to stand at the mirror before shooting and just examine yourself. A surprisingly meditative process. It really helps to feel calmer on the set.
I know what I’m talking about, because I feel very insecure in front of the camera myself. These points help me.
